The location was amazing, just a pleasant stroll away from a red sandstone castle. You could walk to a shopping area and the Christmas market. Rooms were tidy with 4 beds in line, they offered wake-up service.

The hotel is situated in the very central location so close to walking to everything.

Excellent location - a two-minute walk to the main square and a 30-second elevator trip to the Heidelberg Castle cable car station. Clean and quiet room, amazing view, very good breakfast, convenient parking.

The apartment had a stylish 70s vibe, and I particularly loved the balcony.

Liked the room, it was immaculately clean with 4 beds in line. We were in a marvellous location short walk to the Old Town Center, the centre of historic Heidelberg and the main attractions, shopping, restaurants and café shops.

Very good location, a couple of minutes from the Old Town. Plus the fact that the hotel had discounted-rate parking at a reasonable price. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The hotel was very difficult to find ! Also, once we had found the car park, the signage could be improved to indicate the actual floor needed for the hotel.

A small hotel, well located in Old Town. It's in a characterless modern building but is clean and has friendly, helpful staff. Simple but good buffet breakfast and 5 euro/day WiFi. Communal balconies are nice in the summer. It's simple but well enough done and is good value - recommended as a practical place to stay in the Old Town.

Hospitable and wonderful hotel located in a fairly nice area close to the Old Town bars and restaurants. A wide array of options for very good breakfast. - the staff were very very nice and food was outstanding.

Great location, and the view of the old town and the castle from the room's balcony was "a million dollar" view. Staff was very helpful at all times They allowed me to use my school boy German, but were ready to fill in with English when needed. Breakfast was high quality. All in all, a wonderful stay. The two bedrooms worked perfectly for us, a married couple with a collage-aged daughter.

The view from this hotel is breathtaking, on one side the schloss and on the other the Neckar, with the old town of Heidelberg in between. The hotel is just the top floor of the building which makes it very quiet, even though it is located in the heart of the old town. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were always helpful.

Exceptionally comfortable bed and perfectly clean, huge room with a view of the castle. Very central location near the market square and Heidelberg castle. - Situated next door to Market Square.

The location was excellent. You can catch the No 33 bus from the main station to right outside the hotel. This will save a taxi fare. Staff were very helpful and speak english. The hotel is within walking distance to all of the main attractions of Heidelberg.

The price is a bit expensive for the type of accomodation but this is probably due to the location. See favourable comments.

The location is incredible and the rooms are clean. The staff was very friendly. If you are looking for easy access to Old Town, this is the place.
